General Maintainer Renewal Information
Merit charges an annual fee of USD$495 (USD$395 for non-profit organizations) per maintainer for the RADB
service. The term of your RADB Maintainer
Object Agreement is one year. Your maintainer must be renewed
annually. An invoice will be e-mailed a few weeks prior to the
expiration date of your agreement. Maintainers that have not been
renewed within 45 days of the expiration date will be removed from
the RADB.
Invoices are e-mailed to the addresses provided when you last paid
the maintainer object fee. We also e-mail the invoices to the contact
addresses listed in your maintainer.
To keep the maintainer object fee as low as possible, we do not
generally mail or fax paper invoices or receipts. The RADB service
is non-profit and the fee does not include mailing or faxing and
handling documents. There may be an additional charge for paper
documents. If you do require a printed version of your invoice,
please e-mail your request to invoice@radb.net.
There are several payment options available to pay the annual USD$495 (USD$395)
maintainer object fee, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express,
Discover, check, and wire transfer.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card transactions are handled securely through VeriSign. This is easiest and quickest
way to renew your maintainer. We strongly encourage you to take
advantage of this option.
Check Payments
Please be sure to include your maintainer ID on the check to ensure
proper credit to your account. Without the maintainer ID, we will be
unable to map your payment to your maintainer's record in our billing
system.
Wire Transfer Payments
Wire transfers are strongly discouraged because it is very difficult
for us to map your payment to your maintainer ID. When we are unable
to perform this mapping, we cannot properly credit your account.
Special instructions must be followed if you plan to pay via wire
transfer. For information about our wire transfer requirements,
please send e-mail to invoice@radb.net with your Maintainer
ID in the subject line.
